Virtual Team Leader Suite of Manufacturing Technologies

We have mechanical and controls resources in Canada, the USA and in India. We compete globally but are a local startup based in Windsor, Ontario. From detail work to network and system designs, we can offer a unique combination of manufacturing experience, cutting edge innovation, quick and focused response and delivery.

We can use the platform of your choice or offer our preference. We have members of our team trained in Siemens, Telemecanique, Phoenix Controls, ABB, Universal, Kuka, Cognex, and GigE Cameras to name a few.

We are flexible enough to install our preference or yours. We have worked and developed controls with and for Adesco, Colonial Tool, AIS (Radix) and Durobyte all current suppliers to Ford.

Working Process

While SRT can design and build full automation, our core software business leverages a new approach focused on process improvement and enhancement. The recent interest in our products from Ford will enhance development of these tools and we would like to provide them directly to Ford allowing our products to be even more competitive. With our global set of engineers, we believe we can be very cost competitive in any time type of needs your company may have now and in the future. We appreciate your consideration.

SRTC Project!

The introduction of camera inspection into manufacturing lines as method of error proofing has exponentially improved the accuracy of assembly inspection and error proofing.

The inspection criteria is determined by a programmer defining acceptance parameters as defined for the product and using images to ensure that those parameters are met.

The challenge in the ever more competitive manufacturing environment is that typically failures are attended to by an operator. In addition, the inspection may take place large distances from the point of install. This creates inherent delays in reaction and correction.
